3 SHIPPING WORLDWIDE BY DHL

3.1 All Shipments are made by DHL from Argentina to the whole world.

3.2 After the purchase, the buyer will receive an email with the confirmation that the order has been accepted, together with the order number. The approval time varies depending on the payment method. In the case of credit cards, the buyer must verify that the data provided for authorization are correct.

3.3 Buyer agrees to all routing and diversion that DHL can make, including the possibility that the Shipment may be carried via intermediate stopping places.

3.4 DHL has the right to open and inspect a Shipment without notice for safety, security, customs or other regulatory reasons.

3.5 All claims must be submitted in writing to DHL within thirty (30) days from the date that DHL accepted the Shipment, failing which DHL shall have no liability whatsoever. Claims are limited to one claim per Shipment, settlement of which will be full and final settlement for all loss or damage in connection therewith.

 

4 SHIPPING COSTS

4.1 DHL’s Shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight per piece and any piece may be re-weighed and re-measured by DHL to confirm this calculation. These costs are calculated based on the total weight and / or the total volume of the shipment and also depend on the Country/Zone where the shipment will be made.

4.2 The user will be clearly informed of the shipping costs before confirming the purchase. Shipping costs are borne by each buyer.

 

5 DELIVERY SCHEDULES

5.1 The delivery time depends on the approval of the selected payment method.

5.2 The days indicated are estimates, and always from the moment the payment has been authorized by the entity that processes them.

6 SHIPMENT ADDRESS

6.2 Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the Receiver’s address given by Shipper but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally.

 

7 DHL TRACK & TRACE ORDER

7.1 As part of the purchase process, Western Cables Store will send the customer an email indicating the Shipping guide (Tracking number), once the product has been dispatched. So the buyer will be able to track the status (“tracking”) of the order at any time that he wishes at DHL Track & Trace

 

8 BILLING

9 CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE ORDERS

9.2 If the cancellation of the purchase is total, the amount will be refunded through the means of payment that was used to pay, or it may be left as a credit to make the purchase of another product.
